Horizontal Alignment

The Input method is similiar with that of IHSDM.

- Simple(circular curve) : edit R1,Length and Direct

- Spiral(clothoid curve)

If the type of sprial curve is Tangent->Simple, edit R2, Length and Direct.

If Simple->Tangent, edit R1, Length and Direct.

If Simple->Simple, edit R1,R2,Length and Direct.

- Tangent(staight line) : edit length
