Horizontal Alignment (Get Started, Edit Multi-Horizontal Section)

1. click the Item of Toolbar 

2. show a input dialog.

Edit Multi-Horizontal Section

1. If you click "Add" button. add new horizontal section.
   
2. Click "Delete" button. Delete horizontal section.
   
3. Click "Rename" button. Rename horizontal section.
   
4. Click "Import" Button. import horizontal section from "Project Manager's Section".
5. Click "Up" button. Move up the current section.
   
6. Click "Down" button, Move down the current section.
