Add a method to edit a curve using angle of intersection.
Angle of intersection is applied to curves as follows;
- Simple Curve (circle)
- Spiral Curve (clothoid, cubic parabolic, cubic spiral)
- deflection

HOW TO CONVERTING HORISONTAL ALIGNMENT TO LANDXML?
